    Gentle, energy-based support to promote relaxation, restoration, and nervous system regulation. Sessions may include hands-on or off-body work, and focus on the subtle energy systems of the body and mind.

  • Yoga

    Adaptive and accessible Yoga, focusing on breath, movement, and embodied awareness. Private Sessions and Group Classes are designed to support nervous system regulation, increase accessibility, and support pain management.

  • Wellness Coaching

    Individualized, client-centered support for neurodiverse youth and young adults that integrates mind-body awareness, nervous system education, and practical lifestyle strategies to support autonomy and overall well-being.

Sessions are held at the Mind Body Healing Collective in Scottsdale, Arizona.
