All Abilities Welcome
Why Horses
Technology-free, and outdoors, equine assisted activities and therapies require human brains and bodies to slow down to their natural rhythms.
This experience brings relief, growth, and healing for all types of disorders and diseases.

There are many mental, emotional, and physical health benefits to equine therapy.
Mentally: connecting with horses requires complete focus, engages bilateral brain activity and neuroplasticity.
Emotionally: horses naturally impact our nervous systems and slow down our hearts, helping us to feel calmer and more connected.
Physically: working with horses, mounted and unmounted, is excellent exercise. Both burn calories, relieve stress, lower blood pressure, improve cardiovascular health, increase muscular-skeletal strength, improve balance and coordination, release endorphins and boost mood.

In-person sessions are offered at different locations, based on the goals and needs of each client.
Equine sessions occur alongside the guidance of a trained therapist, certified equine specialist, or therapeutic riding instructor.
